About time I updated this, huh.

Sorry to everyone for the lack of updates and posts
(even in my own blog I don't write...), but life here is CRAZY.
Seriously, you have no idea. I've already become Japanese,
at least in the way that I'm too, too busy all the time.

I got a job at Segafredo, an Italian Cafe in Ebisu, a really cool little 'town'
(yeah, Tokyo is a town with towns inside it, how cool is that) in Tokyo.

So yeah, working there is really fun, but I have to ride the train for like 1 hour
to get there, cuz it's really far away from my dorm, so yeah, going there and
coming back home takes me about 2 hours, and considering I work there almost
every day from 4pm to 9pm, it pretty takes up my whole day...
Classes in the morning, eat lunch, going to work, coming back home
and procrastinating homework until morning, that's my life right now! lol.

Exams went well, 89% on the Listening one
and 93% on the General Japanese one, was totally surprised.
The level is really high here so I totally thought I was gonna flunk out,
cuz I didn't have much time (or will) to study.
But everything went well! I'm so glad.

Also been hanging out a lot with my friends,
I've met so many great people here.
The top two are Ileana, an Italian girl, and Jens, a Norwegian guy. They're awesome.
She's hilarious, we have a lot of fun, and he's like so similar to me it's spooky,
and we always hang out and have a blast together.
Today I made dinner for us and then tried to help him study for his exam tomorrow,
but I don't think I helped too much, since he is one level above me,
cuz he has been here for almost a year now
(he started on the same level as I did and then moved to the one above that
in the 2nd semester, like I'm gonna do next semester), so yeah.
But it was fun anyways!
And because of that I didn't do my own homework, so here I am,
writing this while procrastinating doing my homework
cuz I'm too lazy to think of examples to write for my Writing class.
I procrastinate way too much. Should change that.

Other than that, life's been good.
Japan's fashion is great, can't help buying a lot of clothes here.
Everything is just so cool and you can find so many cheap stuff!
Seriously guys, if you have a chance come here. This place is awesome!

Still dunno what I'm gonna do for Christmas, probably hang out around the dorm,
we will throw a Xmas party for sure, cuz not everybody is going home for xmas,
so we have to do something
Some people are traveling, and some go back home.
In my case, I'm staying here and working. How very big of me! lol.
I will have vacation from work for a week though, from the 29th to the 6th,
and I'm thinking of going to Kyoto, cuz I wanna meet my friends there,
and it must be beautiful this time of year. Jens is probably gonna come too,
so it's bound to be fun! I miss the Kyoto people, am looking forward to it!

My Japanese is getting much better, I'm so glad for that.
Was kinda scared that it was gonna be too hard, but it's been fun!
Work's also helped me understand better the Japanese society and mind,
all the rules and the way people are and stuff. So different from Europe.
But so interesting to learn all these differences!

Missing all of you, being an exchange student is a constant pain.
You miss people back home, and then when you do go home you miss
the great people you meet while doing the exchange program.
Jens and some of my really cool Italian friends have been here longer,
so they will be going back to their countries in Februrary, which sucks.
So weird being with some people everyday for such a long time and then
all of a sudden saying Bye, I dunno when we'll ever see each other again...
Yeah, being an exchange student is tough. Fun, but tough.

My mom, grandparents and a couple friends are coming here on March!
Whoever wants to tag along, go ahead Hehe.
